How It Works

1. Get started
Complete the short form to begin. You’ll receive your Bag Your Bills Welcome Pack, including your billBAG™ and pre-addressed envelopes.

2. Collect your records
Throughout the month, place your expense documents into your billBAG™  as they occur.

3. Send your billBAG™ contents
By the 5th of each month, place the contents into a pre-addressed envelope and send using tracked post.

4. Your records are maintained
Your documents are scanned, organised, and uploaded to your secure folder. Your expense record is updated, and your originals are securely stored and returned annually.

Starter - from $129 per month

For lower-volume freelance expense records.


Growth - from $249 per month

For steady, ongoing expense volumes.


High - from $389 per month

For higher-volume freelance businesses.
